I personally feel, ICICI bank worst Customer Service and even we need to pay for calling them for their mistakes. They dont provide Toll Free number and chargable numbers take so much long waiting time. I had accounts with Citibank, HDFC, and currently in Bankof America.
ICICI has one of the most complex Mobile Banking... and very frustrating Mobile Number update system... and because of Mobile Number update issue... we can not get OTP (One Time Password)... and due OTP... we cant login for Online banking.
I dont know where should I complaint for such a frustrating process.... I am having account since 7 years including Credit Card, Demat Account, Money2India, and ICICIPrulife. because all looks like having good linking anf flexibility once setup.... now If I have to go wiht anyother bank then will have to go for long process to setup all accounts.
