I am customer of ICICI bank from the last 8 years, I have salary account with them and give the best privileges to the salary account customers. I almost maintain a zero balance but they never charged a single penny as penalty and all. They offer the best interest for the personal loans, I also own a credit card from the same bank. I visited the bank only 5-6 times in the entire 8 years, because they mostly offer all the services online.
No doubt about, ICICI is the number one private bank, even the customer care is quite good and no issues faced with them till now. The privilege baking is very nice concept where they will give some separate preference to those customers.
There are new innovations from them like card-less cash withdrawal with the help of mobile number. I have no reason till now to hate ICICI and I am very happy with their service. Their internet banking is more secure and safe as you need your debit card to transact online, so it is a good option.Thanks to ICICI
