I have been banking with ICICI for the past 5 years, must say the services have been extremely good till 2 weeks back. For the past 2 weeks, have been trying to generate OTP for my online transactions. Never receive it & my transaction gets cancelled.
Highly inconvenienced because of this. Every time I call up customer care, I get a different story. In a gap of 10 minutes, one says my complaint for OTP has been processed while the other says its still on hold. One says the entire process has been changed and I also get some helpful advise like- each time you want to make a transaction, kindly sms us & we will send you the OTP! Is anyone from ICICI out there listening? And I am a privilege card holder! Am highly disappointed with such inaction from your end.
