I lost Rs 45955 from mySB Ac due to cyber fraud on 30th Dec24.I complained to their Toll free number and gave a written complaint on 31st. Same day I recd SMS that 45955 put in " Shadow Ac"..despite my followup for 100 days nothing happened except reassuring mais, message. Yesterday I recd sms saying 45955 transfered Gesture fund..I presumed my amount has been credited to my normal Ac. When I opened my Ac detail I found that 45955 is YET TO BE TRANSFERRED TO MY NORMAL Ac which I can use.
THIS IS NOTHING BUT CHEATING A 80 YR OLD..IS IT NOT?
RBI GUIDELINE SAYS BANK MUST TRANSFER SHADOW AMOUNT TO NORMAL Ac WITHIN 15 DAYS.
TODAY IS 130TH day and STILL MY MONEY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ME.
