ICICI should take classes for all the government banks, because what I have found is there banking is just excellent as compared to the other banks (especially government undertaken).
They are so professional in their work, and efficient in their sector. They have really captured the banking market because of the schemes and facilities they give their users. They have come up with net banking, phone banking, etc. which has really helped the account holders to transact from their office, house etc.
The best part is that they have so many branches in India that an a/c holder can access his account from any part of India.
They have targeted the students also they came up with students account, kids account to generate awareness of banking in the students and kids, these a/c’s have all the facilities other than fixed deposit.
I say they are the best, in the Indian banking market but still they have room for improvement.
Hope they get better and better and provide efficient banking services.
