I have been an unfortunate customer of ICICI since 2000 and I am also a privilege customer. Its crap!!
For some reason my pin got blocked and I had to call the customer service to generate a new pin. It takes me multiple rounds of calls to get to the right service, then they make wait for 30 mins on call after announcing that somebody would attend to me in 5 mins!
There is no way one can get to a "human" to talk to about the issue one is facing. They make life so difficult!! Useles people and some of them customer care officers have a horrible attitude - they are for sure customer un-friendly!!! Pathetic is not the word!!
