Having had issues with ICICI Bank recently wherein the staff rudely refused acknowledgement on the pay-in-slip deposited across the counter, I filled out a complaint form on 23.09.09, till date no response. I wrote to the DMD, at the corporate office, on whose behalf Head - Service Quality responded and asked for time to investigate. Meanwhile, there was a cover-up operation at the branch. The Head -Service Quality has now given me an update after the cover-up operation while protecting the bank staff.
To make amends a person / organisation needs to first accept the mistakes. ICICI Banks customer first policy is a SHAM. It should actually be EMPLOYEES FIRST.
I am thoroughly disgusted with the indifferent attitude of the Senior Management. Obviously, the same attitude has percolated down to the ranks. The staff seems to be trained in being rude and arrogant with customers across levels. Now, I have realised the reason why there are so many anti ICICI Bank reviews on Mouth Shut.
