ICICI - Outstandingly poor customer service

MY ATM card was blocked due to incorrect pin entry last week and I am trying for the last 7 days to get in touch with ICICI Bank customer service to get my atm pin reissued. Every time I call, I wait for about 10 minutes and the call gets disconnected. Some times, they are very prompt in cutting the call within 2 minutes.


If YOU DONT HAVE BANDWIDTH TO SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS, STOP SELLING ANY MORE ACCOUNTS. If at all there is anyone who is ABSOLUTELY INDIFFERENT ABOUT CUSTOMER SENTIMENTS, IT IS icici bank. The day is not too far, when I choose to stop all my business relationship with ICICI. Just like mobile number portability, I wish there is a bank account portability too !
