ICICI, known to be one of the best banks might be losing its name due to its incorrect location.
I had a pathetic experience when I drove down to ICICI Bank , Mindspace!!
The Mindspace security is so rude n dumb that sitting on the opposite side, he expects us to get off the car, n put an entry in his visitor’s book when there is no parking allowed in there too!! Infact, he initially asks you to park the car at some far off location and walk it down upto the bank even if it is 12 noon!! Whats the use of driving a car then?
He is just not bothered of the traffic jam it causes.I simply fail to understand why do they need an entry when they don’t verify the identity.He does not even take down the car number.Why perform such formalities??? I’ll surely think twice before going to any venue in Mindspace now.
