Comparing with other domestic and multinational banks, I strongly feel ICICI is good service provider.
I use internet banking service for my savings account and hardly I have visited the branch in the last 2 years, I also feel that some responsibility lies with us and if we do it, then I don’t think we can face a problem, the other thing which I appreciate is.. this is the only Indian bank which is competing with most of the multinational banks...
The only problem which is feel with bank is that delivery doesn’t happen in time, some times is is irritating, however , my wishes are with this bank.
