Be careful when you go for icici travel card, on the following things
Anything happens to the card or
You are overcharged,
You return item you bought oversees and money is not credited back to your card
Bank will not take any responsibility to resolve the issue. Bank will ask you to settle with merchant.By then you will be in India and no way you can communicate with merchant.
Customer care will fool you around giving some illogical reason which would not be convincing atall.
I returned an item worth 106$, money is not given back on my card.
Initially bank was trying to fool me around, then when I started raising voice, now after four month bank is asking me to settle it with merchant. I am already in India now.
I sugegst to with old TC funda, and don’t go for Travel card.
I exchanged aroung 40/50 mails. And the end result is nil. and I lost 106$
