Arguably one of the fastest growing banks in India.they believe in attaching multiple hooks to each customer.Onus is on the customer either to attach the hook to himself( because they are everywhere- on t.v, websites, newspapers, roadside stalls&tele marketing) or he can wait until he walks into the nearest branch where innumerable hooks await him!
My experience with the bank has not been that bad as many of my fellow reviewers.I have been banking with them for 4 years now( and attached 4 hooks to myself in the form of SB a/c, Credit Card, Home Loan and Online Trading) . I have found the technology to be very good.
But we have to note that we have to bank on the technology to help us out every time.
Is the bank losing the human touch? Remains to be debated.Long banished token machines have re-emerged. Front office staff are on the verge of breakdown.ATM machines stacked in bathroom sized rooms with dozens of humanity peering over your shoulder.
They have reached where they are now due to being mavericks.Do they have it in them to re write the script for a typical Indian bank? Hope they do so!
Guess we have to wait and watch.
Meanwhile, hum hai naaa!
