I have a savings account at icici bank, , , recently I lost my internet id and password to access my account at their website.so I went to the main branch and i registered a request to have the password reset......the person who was attending me was barely paying any attention, and he was busy talking gossip with his fellow worker!!and he fogot to give me the acknowledgement slip, luckily, i saw that slip while filling up the request form, and said HELLO GIVE ME THE SLIP, and he gave it......
So finally, I thought ill have my Internet id again, and I even recieved an sms on my mobile, saying itll arrive in 7 days(They need 7 days to reset a id and password??)..well I decided to wait, but its been 30 days since, but no letters!!, these morons dont even have a toll free no. to reach them, i asked for the same at the bank, the person said I dont know!!...
well yesterday I got in touch with the customercare no.(the call was forwarded to MUMBAI)and after being put on hold for 10 mins, they said theyve sent it through Express IT courier, and they gave me the ph. no., i argued that, why should I call the courier company spending my money??there was no answer..well I tried calling 3 of the no.s they gave me, on all 3 it says please call later!! 24 hrs a day..........
Dear icici bank I think you should spend more money to make your lazy workers more reliable, rather than airing useless advertisements on TV saying "WERE HERE FOR YOU"...youre no bettter than any other bank, infact youre the worst, i made a mistake by opening an account in your bank.
and another important thing is they have ZERO customer care;whenever I walk into their bank, a customer has to find himself a seat!! seats are scarce too.. ......
This month I recieved a payment from one of my customers from MUMBAI of 2000 Rs, , , , , , and another person who was supposed to deposit 5000 from Bangalore, called me and he asked me if he should deposit, and I said ill reconfirm it with the ICICI bank customer care, so I called, ( I remembered once i being told that online bank transfers were limited and will be charged after some transactions), so the customercare person told me that "ill not be charged for any transactions what so ever, there free.
He said "i was happy and asked him to deposit it, and I checked my account from phone, and I found out a sum of 2800 was missing...i was shocked, and asked my friend from Bangalore, how much did he deposit, he said 5000, i even took the recipt no. from him, and called up icici customercare, and the person told me "the deposit was 5000, but 2800 is the service fee so only 2200 is deposited!!!
"well I told him that, i was told that the online transactions are free... he argued it was impossible.......and he said he couldnt do anything about it, and he just disconnected the phone, these ICICI people are just money eating monsters, waiting to eat your money whole...so beware
