As per advertisement it will give you impression that you are at right place. Actually there are many cons in icici bank.
1. You need debit card to do any neft/imps . This will create issue sometimes. They want to control it by blocking debit card . No debit card . No neft. And you are always bound to have active debit card. Never seen this any bank.
2. Slow apps and Website.
3. You can not see that you are kyc compliant or not.
4. Bad behaviour from branch Manager. They are totally brainless creatures. It is like he is low profile executive and illiterate.
5. It took 3 months to be full kyc complaint after raising countless calls and email. Video kyc is a myth in icici bank.
6. Debited A/c charges are not shown in bank statement.
7. Sometimes you can not login.
8. You can not do neft or , add beneficiary. This are caused by technical glitch , as reported by icici. But I have found it intentional.
9. You won’t get reference number against any neft or imps in bank statement.
10. As per many customer review , your money will be vanished suddenly in name of technical glitch.
11. Most of the imobile pay options are working situationally as per icici bank will.
