I have deposited a cheque at ICICI Hosur road branch bangalore on October 2013. I got verified and the money was realized in my icici account in 3 working days. Everything was fine.
But I deposited a similar kind of a check with similar name from same company at the same branch on November 2013. But now they are saying there is a name mismatch and check is returned its been 12 days. I did not even receive email and sms notification about it.
Now I went to Hosur road bangalore branch they are directing me to main branch. I am going mad. ICICI employees are not giving prompt response. And the customer care mailing in the icici website does not work.
Guys please don’t opt for an account in ICICI. I am maintaining that account for two years and the respect they give tot he customer is Zero.:(
