This review is to warn the customers not to get tricked and avail any services of ICICI bank Ltd. They are big cheats and any customer will always repent getting associated with this bank in any way. This review comes from my own personal experiences with the bank as well as from experiences of a number of my friends and colleagues. ICICI bank which fools the customers with their ’Khayaal Aapka’ campaign is actually doing just the opposite. The customer is only important to the bank till the time the account gets opened or a loan gets approved. Then it is only nightmares for him/her.
The bank is not at all service oriented and even the employees working with the bank say that sale of their products is the only thing they care about. Forget about the service that the customer would need after that. ’Who Cares?’ is the attitude with which they work in plain words. My credit card bills have been multiplied without any usage on my side, without any late payments. My funds have been transferred to a wrong a/c no. and forget about refunding the money, they don’t even care to update me on the status of the issue. I have been trying to talk to them for the last 8 months and still no solution.
I’m fed up and finally going to the consumer court to get justice. I seriously wonder whether this bank will be able to survive for long with the pathetic level of service that they have, where their peers are already getting way ahead of them.
