ICICI Bank Velachery - leaders for poor customer support; I am a privileged customer, they are advertising that for privilege customers we no need to wait.
I waited for almost 1.5 hrs in the privilege counter. No proper support, they are not even bothered to respond.
After waiting for 1.5 hrs I have to return back without taking a DD.
Most of the officers are not in seat including branch manager and deputy manager.
Poor customers everyone were waiting for a long time.
Why they have to advertise for what they are not doing.
