Such a pathetic service ICICI customer care persons.
First of all please remove the callertune "we’ll value your time" around half an hour consume to connect the customer care and after that they said sir please hold my system is not working(seriously you are a brand), after that a person told me that sir it’ll take time please call back again.
It means i’ll wait again half an hour for talking to customer care which is sitting for me.
And one more thing, when i’ve open the account or get a credit card they didn’t update that we’ve do only 10 payments in a day, some of other credit cards pay many transaction but ICICI is the great brand.
