I am banking with ICICI bank since three years of time.The staff of the bank and the bank services are very quick, I like their way of approaching the customers and they are very informative on every aspects of banking.
The only thing which I face issue is with the customer care, they is no toll free number as of now because I dint see if there is any toll free or not, its chargeable.And secondly if they can add a chat support that would be more effective for us.Over all I am happy, but have still more expectations from ICICI bank.MOre ATMs are also required.
