This is regarding a big name in the banking industry which has been leading in middle class family banking. Yes, it is ICICI Bank which is a damn brand now, however, they have started cost cutting and not up to the mark which they used to provide to their customers.
It has been more than four years since I have been using ICICI Bank’s services and I know that the services which we used to have are not provided to us now. It used to be really fast and now no instant notifications, not at all user friendly website interface, I call now and get different statements by different executives. Not only this, however, the kind of offers which other banks are running these days are far ahead from ICICI Bank.
I have Citibank, HDFC, and ICICI Bank accounts, however, I love the services provided by Citibank. It used to be ICICI Bank and not now. I would recommend to go for Citi bank and not for ICICI Bank if you can.
