I am one of customer of ICICI BANK LTD. I transfered Rs.1, 000 to my friend’s a/c on 17/05/2014. She didn’t receive the transferred money. I called more than 4 time to Customer Care Services of ICICI Bank. They did not provide me any sufficient information about my Rs.1, 000. I have spent more than 200 rupee on calls.
Also, they are not providing me Service Request Number. Every time, I have to start my query from beginning.
