I order a pair of spectacles through ICICI promotional offer from killer jeans on 24th september 2017.It’s been around 3 months and I have not recived them yet.I already paid for the shipping charges online but company is not dispatching my product.My order id is 200314.Whenever I mail to customer email id at customersupport@nixon.co.in, the only responce I get is product has been delayed due to some reasons and that it will be dispatched soon.However, it never happen.I spent around rs.400 on these fraudsters and they have cheated me.How can such a brand like ICICI can partner with such fraud firmsI will never trust this bank now for any offers.
