India no.1 bank in private sector also leading bank in India.Main problem of this bank is they dont need small customer all they want is big customer with large transaction.They still think think banking services are obligation to citizen.
Staff is also non cooperative if any customer visit branch for any issue they will only cooperate him/her if he is a big investor.For a comman they just transfer him from one counter to another.Very bad customer services.
The pathetic service they give is charging huge money for not maintaining 10, 000rs .They deduct my 600 rs 5 times without any message/call conformation.
I personally dont recommend this bank to anyone.Government bank are far better than ICICI bank.
