I am tired of ICICI BANK CUSTOMER(issue # ICICICARE=016-895-664) . I have written email and there is delay in up.
1) Security issue and data theft related: It seems that this is wide spread issue and delivery boy / courier fellow is not delivering the document after providing valid ID(Gov of India Issued ID) with out storing the data in this notebook which is a offense and denial of service. This seems to be denial of service.
2) I have observed that when ever I raise complaint, I receive message in email that I was not available in phone or my phone is not reachable though my phone is on and every one is able to call. This seems to be a standard template email at your end. I see this as an attempt to delay the solution of problem.
3) Please not that I am with out debit card because it has expired. Gov of India is motivating citizens to use the cash less transaction and this seems to be an attempt to thwart the noble cause by our Prime Minister.
