I am owner of the ICICI credit card. We were offered life long free card.. First month itself they started charging us..
I feel so angry writing about ICICI ..
--They never send statement on time..
--Then they charge u late payment fee and interest on that..
--No one to accept complaint..
--I gave complaint to customer care.. Nothing happened..
--I went and persoanally met the ICICI card person, ., Other than promise to set them right, , the issue was not solved..
--I emailed.. No response.. ( response came that it is not save to communicate through email so cannot accept the complaint -- Wonderfull!!)
--I courier their customer care.. No response..
Then I courier Head office.. No response..
Just two late payments .. That too bcos of the statement not getting on time.. Both time , I complained and got the statement.. But when they resend the statement it was beyond the last date.. They are very cleaver in that .. I stopped using the card and asked them to cancel the card.. Bu they are telling they cannot cancel unless I pay the amount.. So that kept going for 1 yr and then then charged me renewla fees ....
Real Bull sh*t service is what I got from ICICI credit card...
Imagine how the interest and late payment alone ---grew up to.. Rs 8000/-
The credit card officers comment : ’’Even we are not getting statements on time’’!!! What a great thing... Shameful service..
Now u know what they did.. They directly deducted from my ICICI Bank account even without my knowledge...
So be careful with ICICI credit card..
My advice .. Never Never Never take ICICI credit card..
If u have a card.. cancel your ICICI bank account or else they will charge you and auto debit from your account.. So be careful
I wish there is one more Product rating below worst , that I could give for this card.
