ICICI Bank is known for its premier class service and support to customers but my experience was not good with ICICI Coral Credit Card.
I applied for the card from their bank branch through a campaign launched by ICICI Bank. At that time they were advertising like its out of world something with so many promises. But even after applying 2 months earlier I didn’t received the card and on asking bank representative they said there is some wrong information provided my but I cross checked and it was correct.
They were just making the excuses for not delivering the card on time. After some complaints I got the card. On ecommerce sites payback points are good and on some ecommerce sites payback points are so less. CITI has good payback point reward system.
