I have ICICI coral credit card. I use it for more than a year now but I don’t have access in online for it. I was verifying the ICICI website, it was stating that online banking facility for credit card, without this access it putting in lot trouble whenever there is transaction failure or cancellation, I am not sure whether the reversal of the money has occurred either I need to wait till monthly state is received or I need to call the center for knowing the transaction detail.
When checked it with customer care they asked whether I have saving account with ICICI bank, I stated it as no, then the provided with id and asked to try it in the icici online after 24 Hours but it was not working at all. I need to call the call center again and it has been long queue we need to wait for, this is making me really frustrated. why ICICI can have procedure similar to the other bank in online accessing what is the trouble that they have by following this complex way.
