Reward point program of ICICI is useless. The quality of items they send for reward points is poor. I redeemed 1300 reward points for a ladies handbag. When it arrived it was a very simple bag with poor quality leather. After calling to their customer care they rudely refused to listen about it or take any complan about it. They said any dispute for item should be settled with manufacturer of the item. When asked about manufacturer they were not able to give that info also. don’t know what type of people they have on their payrol for customer care. Their site does not shows correct picture of items to judge anything about quality. They give 1 point for Rs. 200 and each point is equivalent to Rs. 0.40 only. 0.2% may not be very bad, but I don’t know what other cards offer. My problem is not 0.2% as I knew it when I took the card. But I am not happy with the quality of the items they send and rude attitude of customer care. I will recommend to evaluate other cards reward program before taking ICICI’s useless reward program.
