The icici credit card department is worst channel of icici. it has many conditions to apply credit card. compare to other bank, other offers credit card to its every customer who has maintained great balance in account also it gives good limit of credit card. But icici bank has only 4 segments, salaried, it’s bases and fd against, in these conditions they also decline most of files. If icici gives credit care to someone it has very less limit and they does not increase the limit even customers pay time to time. Overall credit card of icici is not well at all compare to other banks
