Banking with ICICI Credit Card has been a very satisfying experience. Their back-up service is excellent and prompts to you continue transacting with them.
As a result of this, I even opened a Bank Account with them and hope to use it as my preferred Bank. There could be minor glitches, as in every organisation or service which is acceptable but ICICI is beyond the performance standards of even overseas organisations. It speaks volumes about the kind of leadership that is provided and what individuals, singularly and collectively can do. It requires imagination, a sense of vision and dedication to the cause.
