This is not really a review, though I have an ICICI HP Credit Card and use it heavily.
Has anybody seen the list of the winners of the ICICI Free Petrol Competition that ended on August 15, 2004? Has anybody met/ know any of the winners? Where are the results published?
I feel that there were no real ’’winners’’ to this competition. That was only an advertising gimmick to increase usage of their card.
My - single line and simple - questions to the (online) Account Manager on this competition was met with very evasive answers. They could not clearly spell out 1) where the winner’s list is published 2) where I can view it.
In my three years’ association with ICICI bank, the Phone Banking and online help facility have been completely useless. They seem to have a special knack for giving ONLY evasive and non relevant answers.
