I have been using the card now for about 5 years. I have never found any issues related to hidden charges, misinformation, or any inappropriate practices.
The customer care team has always been handy in case of any concerns. I mainly use the card for its Payback Reward Points and have been getting amazing cashback rewards. However, as with any other credit card, make sure to make your monthly payments on time to avoid any penalties.
