I have been using the savings account service for past some many years, holding a running home loan and a privileged customer but still I am frustrated with their credit department.
They do not tell you that even if the balance is less than 10k. They are charging extra amount. They did not inform even.
The charges that they charge for the transactions are abnormal. While opening the account nothing will br informed
Even while closing an account I got a hell of frustration as they asked me to pay an extra amount to close the account. Finally I got rid off the account.
