I have got ICICI Credit card one year back. hardly using it. my statement generation date is 22nd every month and payment date is 10th every month. last month I went to outstation for my sons competition on 9th of month. so I missed my due date of payment. I have got call from company saying that do the payment on due date I asked him I am not in town I will pay either online or atm transfer he said OK.
as I am in competition I forgot to pay the amount. when I am returning I got another call from ICICI guy but it missed it. that guy call my brother and misbehaving on phone call and using bad language against me and my family. then he called me and did same thing with me.
it is very very bad experience of ICICI officers and call centers when I complaint against that guy.
I stop using ICICI bank Credit card after that.
so I request you all please dont go for it.
