I have used a ICICI credit (silver)card for nearly a year now. The service is excellent if you go by Indian standards.
Their 24hr service really works. You may call them up anytime and they help you.
So far bills have been received on time without errors.
I had requested a card replacement when it became defective once, I received the new card within 2 days.
However the modern features like TPIN and Infinity need improvement. My TPIN gave me a lot of problem. Infinity web service is not functioning it has not been tailored for credit cards.
If you are a moderate credit card user you should have no problem with ICICI.
