Two months since I requested for Rs.500/- worth rediff gift vouchers. I received the same and could not use it due to wrong address (for delivery of goods) furnished by ICICI Bank to REDIFF.COM.
I was told to contact rediff.com. I have the Credit card of ICICI BANK. The tie-up is between icici bank and rediff.com and I was advised to contact rediff.com. Do rediff.com have any obligation to answer any of my questions.
The gift voucher was replaced. But this time rediff.com rejected the gift voucher with reason that gift voucher is invalid/expired.
A complaint to customtakeouter care division of ICICI Bank did not yield any fruitful response from them.
*Infact, customtakeouter Care personnel are indifferent, rude and inefficient name it anything. I think all these tactics are simply to avoid incurring the expenditure of gift.
*Each e-mail of mine was handled by different person and there was total chaos and finally the problem was not resolved even after two months.
*A complaint to headservicequality@icicibank also did not yield any result.

REWARD POINTS/GIFT VOUCHERS etc.
