Have posted this for Imint and deserves to be in ICICI Cards section also:
ICICI Credit cards transferred all my points into an Imint card accountwithout asking me. Thats fine except that I already have an Imint cardin my family, but it never had a large number of points to redeem anything worthwhile. So I asked Imint to transfer the pointsinto my already existing account. You guessed it, no reply.
Iask ICICI to ask Imint on my behalf. I get a call from someone in ICICIwho tells me to give him my old number and assures me my problem wouldbe taken care of. Later on he calls back telling me that it is notpossible to get my ICICI reward points on the older card as he cantclub those 2 as they have different first names.
Reallypathetic, they expect me to have 6 different cards for each familymember? Also the Imint site says something about Addon cards forimmediate family members, since the Imint customer care doesnt reply tome, I asked ICICI to ask on my behalf, and no surprise that they didnt.The rep from ICICI wasn’t helpful at all. Instead of calling me he gave me missed calls, plus he didnt call me back as he had commited. I have mentioned all this in his feedback at ICICI netbanking.
Anyway, am so fed upthat will most likely cancel my ICICI credit cards. Have complained tohead service quality about this just waiting for their response beforetaking action. I wonder how much business ICICI is willing to lose forhaving this partnership with a company like Imint?
