1.I’m Captain Rajeev Nair of the Indian Navy. Recently transferred to Kochi from Delhi. Was holding an ICICI platinum credit card 4629 xxxxxxx which was valid till 01/11. Was promised my new card, the address change was noted by the ICICI rep at Kochi. It’s three months hence and there’s no action yet! What’s happened to the fabled efficiency of the ICICI? I’m disillusioned!
