I initally selected this card due to the free add-on card facility. However the woes began from Day five !!. The marketing agency did not know the procedure for add-on card application.
Further they lost the documents which I had sent it thro’ their designated courier.
The last straw was when the additional form required by me was sent thro’ Govt. postal service, knowing fully well that the postal strike was going on.
The service with regards to help line is good
