I have an personal account in icici bank.when I opened the branch minimum avg balance was 5000 which I regularly maintained but last year they changed the minimum balance to 10000 with out notifying me and the branch also shifted far from my residence. So I didn’t take much interest in banking there but after a year when I visited the branch I was shocked to know that my balance nearly going to be billed by the bank. I tried many times to talk to the bank personal but in vain. They can any time transfer your money.
So please be careful for your hard earned money as the bankers are not going to budge on your problems.
