The worst services from ICICIDirect Equity Advisor. I have ICICI Wealth Management Saving Account and I have been appointed an Equity Advisor for Trading and Investment.
My Equity Advisor name Mr. Abhijit das(erg group) Relationship code: 731276, Mob: 907397xxxx. I am very disappointed with this Equity Advisor.
He is not responding to me any calls. He receives my calls after 10 times I called him and when I ask him why he is not responding to my calls. Then he told sir I have lots of
work, I don’t have more time. so plz don’t call. he talked very rudely. For his complaint, I have called ICICI direct customer care 1860 123 1122 but no one responding there.
I also called Corporate Office Tel(91 22) 4070 1000 and Registered Office Tel(91 22) 2288 2460 / 70 Mumbai but again not one receiving the calls.
Sir, please take some action regarding this type of Equity advisor. And I request to change my Equity Advisor as soon as possible because I am getting trouble doing trade.
