ICICI bank worst customer service

I had a HPCL card and recently they sent me a statement which it was mentioned that my credit limit has increased and my rate for revolving credit has neen reduced to 1.49% for next 6 months, so I called up the banking officers one Mr Anand attended my call he said that it has not been reduced and it is still rs 2.95


I said what and he repeated it rs 2.95 I just disconnected the call, is this the kind of officers the keep where they do not know the correct information like telling me 2.95% instead of 2.95 rs.


Later on I spoke to another lady and confirmed that it has been reduced to 1.49% for a period of 6 months, but she wanted me too fax the statement which they had sent aince she also was not aware of the same, well is it not strange that in ICICi bank one dept does not know what the other is doing.
