I am the victim of taking housing loan from ICICI Bank. They will be very fast in executing the loan and they will complete the formalities with in a weeks time.. But later you will get sucked off..
I have taken housing loan at 9% but now it has gone to 12.5 %.. Got really shocked to know that and called the executive.. they said that you need to pay aroung Rs 3000 to reduce the interest to 10.5%.. Then I asked him why this is not been intimated to us, he says sorry we have sen the communication to every one some how you are missed.. This is too much and nonsense..
Seems to be they are getting more bakaras ( customers) and hence they are neglecting the existing customers completely...and their response is also very bad..
Attention New Customers; Do not take housing loan from ICICI at any cost
