I advise one should avoid taking home loan from ICICI bank. it will be very late when you come to know how you were cheated....they have absolutely no proper escalation system on complaints.
I wrote to MD (Ms C Kochar), callled many time her secythere was no response. The top bosses do not have any ’customer connect’ concept. Their slogan is "Khyaal Aapka" but reality is just opposite.
They started ’Quantum Optima" scheme (where you get FD interest on yr Saving a/c) long back and customers were called and were asked to fill form to apply for scheme. however, they did not bother to properly inform customer when they suddenly stopped it. Will you call this ethical?
