<u>The whole story started 2 years ago</u>
I got my first job in a software company in delhi.I just completed my MCA.
After working for 6 months , I planned to buy a bike.After lots of research I decided to buy Bajaj Pulsar 150.
I wanted to get the bike financed as I was getting short of 20k.I got a ICICI guy who was sitting at the showroom.He told me the documents which would be required to get the bike financed.After arranging the documents, I finally went to the dealer to get my 1st bike from my own earning.I was so much emotionally attached to the bike that no words can explain that feeling.
The ICICI guy sitting with the dealer told me about my EMI and asked me to sign hell lot of documents.After completing all the formalities the guy told me that every month I need to pay the EMI on 15th of every month.
Finally my first bike was handed over to me .Three months passed by and everything was working fine EXCEPT I never knew that actually I had to pay my EMI on 7th of every month.
In the 4th month I had to go out of station and I was suppose to return on 12th.I was thinking that after returning I would deposit the EMI in my account.
As soon as I returned to delhi, I got a call from ICICI asking for my EMI.I told them that I am coming to their Head Office in Videocon Tower.
After reaching there I lined up to pay my EMI.As soon as I reached the counter the lady sitting there after confirming my name called up some1 from her mobile phone after refering to their CRM.Then she told me to wait for 10 mins.Then a security gaurd came to me and said that one of the managers wanted to meet me.
The gaurd escorted me to the manager.
After the manager introduced himself , he just handed over a piece of paper , which was ’’VEHICLE SEIZURE RECIEPT’’ , then he told me that my bike as been siezed from the company parking zone.
I was shocked to know .Then he told me that due to late payment the bank cannot afford to keep any relationship with me.I started shivering as I was so closed to my bike.
According to the Supreme Court Law ’’ In HP Agreement a vehicle cannot be seized by the bank ill and unless 3 EMI’s has been bounced’’.
So it is my request to everyone who has their 2/4 wheeler loan from ICICI , that no matter what ever happens , never ever take your vehicle to the bank premises, they would simply seize your vehicle.
I have also heard that ICICI guyz come to the house and say that they are from the service station and tell that he person is eligible to get the free service and then they seize the vehicle.Never ever believe them and don’t ever bring your vehicle in front of any suspected person , who you think to be from the bank.
They take away your emotions along with your vehicle as easily they give it.
ICICI bank are the real time suckers , they are only here to suck our blood
