Trust is like a thread once broken can be mended but the knot remains ever to remind the hurt. Customers (like me) are linked to Company (like ICICI) by this thread. Agencies of ICICI (like LaBike) are looked at as extension to ICICI bank itself. False promises and miss representation of facts by the agencies reflect in bad image of bank in general and highlights the lack of control of bank over the agencies in particular.
My association with ICICI is not limited to saving account and credit cards transactions plus spread over a decade in terms of years. Having looking for home loan, I came across ten people out of a dozen, advising me against taking ICICI home loan and swearing by their bad experience. I gave my trust a chance – LaBike (an Agency of ICICI) ruined it to the hilt.
To top all humiliation, the agent (Abhijeet – cell # 9890186244) asked me to do ‘what ever possible’ on requesting him (at least 50 times) to give my dues promised. This makes me believe strongly the ‘high confidence’ the agencies have over ‘absolutely no control’ or zero power of ICICI in governing their own agencies. Or is it the nexus between the two – hope the former. Now, soon I would be the eleventh person in that dozen to swear against ICICI.
With the confidence Abhijeet said ‘Do what ever, possible’ – I am sure nothing much can be achieved. I am not the first person and bet my money not the last person to be fooled by agencies of ICICI giving false promises taking home loans. One day, the lack of control of ICICI over the agencies in setting things right is going to take away the customer base - completely.
I salute the confidence of the agent and feel pity on ICICI over the lack of control over agencies. The mail is intended to save the last man in the lot of dozen, whose trust is not broken, yet.
