Recently I tried purchase my car insurance through ICICI lambord website. They gave me attractive offers to renewal it and I decided to go for it. I filled all my car details and done my payment for ?19180/-. But surprisingly I got error message from bank but my banlace was cut down from my account.
So I called customer care number for enquiries but for first three times they did not replied for my call. After an hour I called them again this time they replied and listen whole my problem. They said there is no and transaction for insurance. I asked them to check again. But still there was no change. They asked me to call again. So I called them on very next day. They are time there was another lady replying to me and she solve my problem.
They provided very bad survice so I don’t have faith in them now.
