This is for general public to bring them to Notice that, icici lombard vehicle insurance is not worth to get your vehicle insured for any reason or cheap and false publicity and their online facility.They are simply cheating without describing the break-up of their fees/service. I had got my insurance policy with ICICI LOMBARD thru Amba Bajaj Madiwala Bangalore last year.I requested for indian insurance as my previous policy was from them.But the person at amba bajaj convinced me for icici lombard.
So the year passed peacefully. But when the policy is coming to an end .I received the motor renewal letter from ICICI lombard stating the due date and amount to be payable for the renewal.But I was surprised to see that although my insured declared value was reduced but the insurance amount was increased .whats the formula they have applied? My insurance amount should also fall by the due amount then.
When I reached the authorised amba dealer, he did not show any responsibility towards the renewal of the policy, instead he insisted on another company insurance this time from INDIAN INSURANCE, with additional Rs.150-200 as their service charge over and above the renewal value.Are these people sitting to take the wrong advantage of innocent and responsible citizens? Why don’t educated and responsible citizens like us question their dishonest act? Aren’t we responsible for inflation and reduced value for money.They are not supposed to be called the citizens of the nation who don’t estimate the right value of something.And organisations pay to these people who don’t value money.
Now when I tried to call on the toll-free number the personnel could not give me the break-up and replied he will revert back to me after due discussion from his seniors and supervisors.Since then he never called me , its almost 8-10 days now. Again I called on the toll free number, I was confronted with the person named sayyed siddiqui (25mar10, 7:45 pm) , he was a total misleading and arrogant guy, he did not give me the break-up and dropped the call due to my investigation on the subject.Means what? u cant question their service and products?
Again I called them, this time another person he too did not respond and dropped my call.May I know from senior supervisors and mangers from ICICI, is this the kind of service they offer ?They are the black-spots for the company, these company are not supposed to be nourished for their behavior and their ideas of cheating people , and not valuing the money.
Again I called this time I was confronted with Preethi a customer care personnel.She too did not get me the responsible answer putting me on long hold. So i have finally decided to quit ICICI lombard , converting my emotions into writing in this publicly recognized Forum.As all ICICI professionals would be the same. So the conclusion is : when u will get an account opened with them , they will please you with all values, but down the line it diminishes and completely removes finally.
My Sole Requests to all the power holders is to Throw out the cheat and fraudulent authorities from business.Wipe them off completely.So that next time they behave the same and don’t change colors with time.
