Very bad service

I requested for a ownership change in my car insurance policy. They sent me a URL to make payment. It doesn’t work only. I raised a complaint, no action on complaint. Instead they kept sending mails asking to make payment. They did vehicle inspection multiple times as they could not close my request within stipulated time.


Totally useless service staff. There is no escalation path, complaints to customer service just lay there. Just a bunch of ignorant people. I would never recommend it to anyone else.
