I have applied for my two wheeler renewal. For which, they have given a cover note which is valid for 60 days. While issuing they told that they will send a policy certificate in the meantime. But I did not receive till 35 days. I have given complaint against to it over phone and e-mail. They told they will resolve in 48 hours but they did not resolve.
For this, I am continuously reminding them from the past 15 days. Already 50 days over, they took my money but not issuing policy certificate. They are least bother about my complaint. I heard from many people and net, ICICI is poor in timely services. They tell one thing and they do another in ALL services.
Even for my uncle, they have put hidden cost for his car loan. The EMI is added with hidden costs.Please be careful they are not executive but they are robbers. Guys, You can add your experiences.
